INITIAL FIELD NETWORK
A field network to start from
Actual headcount is confirmed only after project approval and each participant’s individual consent. The following describes our current readiness, not committed capacity.
A field network for 20+ initial participants
Through field workers, farms and workplaces our founder has contacted directly, we expect to be able to recruit 20+ initial participants. No participant is under contract yet.
Access to agriculture, skilled trades and field work
Connections to agriculture, skilled trades such as automotive service and manufacturing, and field work such as food processing and cleaning.
Independent participants, not employees
Participants are independent contributors, not JUNIA employees. They are recruited through our field network; contract, review and payment terms are set per project.
Platform-based coordination
Our participant platform supports guidance, eligibility checks, referral tracking and application/progress status. It is in internal testing before real recruitment.
